What Haneyville means to me….
Some of my most treasured times are when I am quietly meandering around the property, simply imagining Haneyville’s potential. In these treasured moments, I get flashes of inspiration, magical feelings really, you know the emotions you get when you’re suddenly reminded that your dream is in the process of coming true. For me, our compound represents the wonders of nature, the seeds of uncommon opportunity, wrapped around the undying love of our family.
In an increasingly fast paced world, at a period of addictive technological distractions, with a country rocked by social unrest and uncertainty, my Haneyville vision captures a unique slice of small-town America. This place is anchored by traditional values yet overflowing with enormous possibilities. The land is an ever-changing work of art that will live on for generations.
Some say, “it’s not so much where you live that matters most”. But as an older man, I firmly desire to be near the people I care about most, my wife Stacey, my children Ashley and Marcus, my grandchildren Riley, Hunter, and Rocco. I imagine sharing in their life stories and the lives of those that they love.

My hope is that Haneyville will be fun. It will feel to visitors like Disneyland except without rides…. other that a swing-set play structure, rugged dirt bikes and a cool rope swing. I also expect that we will embrace traditions, respect memorials, and reminisce about great times together. Someday, this will be the good old days and Haneyville’s history will be etched in our family’s minds!
I am proud of what we are building together. Our effort is special on a grand scale. I would like every family member to share in that pride of ownership. Haneyville’s prospects are unlimited but greatness will require creativity, teamwork, humility, and shared sacrifice by its residents. In the end, I want what this tribe wants, and I’m committed to doing my part.

What Haneyville means to me….
Strolling along the memorial lane I am able to visit with the loved ones who have gone but are not forgotten. The living memorial provides a place of peace for me while keeping our loved ones alive. As the trees grow and prosper I am reminded that although our loved ones are gone, they are never forgotten.
The town will be the heartbeat of Haneyville. I envision significant and casual gatherings that will weave a fabric of deep tradition with both family and friends. I love the idea of having a place that our family can gather, eat, lounge and share our lives. I envision the grandkids bringing their friends to the town to start their own traditions – with pride. I imagine the entire extended family sitting at large dining tables enjoying holidays and one another. The room is bustling with energy and love – memories will continuously be in the making.
Haneyville will be our home where Mark and I will sit in our courtyard and look over the property enjoying the sites of the grandkids playing, the dogs running, and the wild animals roaming. The pond will be a hub of energy with all gathering around to play, fish or just enjoy the water. The grandkids will stop by our home regularly to check in and share the details of their day. The grandkid’s friends are familiar and comfortable with us and know they are always welcome to be a part of our community.
When I am gone I will have a tree planted in the memorial living lane so that family and friends can see a representation of me grow and flourish while reflecting on the wonderful times they had at Haneyville. I imagine my tree will grow large, providing shade and shelter for my loved ones as I have done in my life.

What Haneyville means to me....
From the day we stepped foot at the property on Oak Tree Lane I knew it was something special. A feeling came over me like nothing had before. I had lived in great houses, had cool stuff, but as I stood in the middle of what felt like a faraway land, I took a deep breath and for the first time it felt like home.
To think that was three years ago, almost to the day, it amazes me. For the past three years the vision for the property has evolved and with each new plan it is becoming the property of opportunity - An opportunity for family unity, an opportunity to explore and try new things, an opportunity to get dirty and walk without a sidewalk but most of all an opportunity for generations to come to have a place they can always call home.
While I wish I had the opportunity to visit Magnolia Way or Supreme Court or even Granite View, nothing will compare to the feeling of home my children will have when they come home from college to their childhood home or celebrate their child’s first birthday at the town. The property is a place to be proud of... to bring friends and family... a place to laugh and cry and create memories to laugh a lifetime.

If I could sum up what the property means to me in one word I would say “family memories”. While generations will come and go, one thing will remain constant - home!

What Haneyville means to me....
I forever have longed for a place with wide open spaces, endless opportunity with unlimited potential. This place would be looked on as beacon for Family, Friends and lots of Fun!
Daydreaming as a kid, I would picture this magical place that would soon to be known by many, but a home for “The Few”. The Few Haney’s, Garcia’s and, Mendoza’s... live, laugh and love together for generations. The traditions are endless and our family was never stronger! Was this place real?
When we first walked out onto “the property” my childhood dreams were instantly playing out right before my very eyes. There are creeks to swim in, wild animals to chase, and even dirt bikes to ride for all. I already knew that this place was special!
Haneyville is our own slice of Heaven where our Family has the opportunity to build a Legacy!
Dreams do come true, and the future of Haneyville is up to you!!
